Hardware orders returned for any reason may be sent back to Sidwell's corporate office and must be return in the items original condition within 30 days of the original purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all returned orders. Software unlock codes are unable to be returned for any reason due to the code being tied to the serial number of the device.
